1)Artificial graphite type

Artificial graphite powder has the properties of high carbon content, high porosity, low rigidity and low thermal conductivity; it is the ideal material for manufacturing brake pads. Adding graphite powder in the composition of friction materials can reduce the brake heat fading, stabilize the friction factor, prevent the surface metal from transferring in opposite parts under fretting friction condition, satisfy the stability of brake pads and reduce the friction and damage of opposite parts, mute the braking noise and diminish the trembling of brake.

Adding the fixed ratio of calcined petroleum coke powder in the composition of friction material will perfect antifriction and antiwear properties of brake pads and prevent the metal from agglutinating. The application of calcined petroleum coke will promote the friction factor of brake pads, mute the braking noise and alleviate the heat fading of friction material under high temperature.
